The agency signed a new client, ZQuiet, whose primary market was the U.S. Before working with Influee, they relied on Twirl, but since Twirl lacked U.S.-based creators, they needed an alternative solution to produce high-quality content for the brand.
Before using Influee, the agency explored several other content creation strategies and platforms. They mainly relied on Twirl, which worked well for UK-based creators but fell short when it came to finding talent in the U.S. They also tried Billo, but found it too expensive, and the watermarking on content made it difficult to present work discreetly to clients.
In some cases, they turned to manual outreach on Instagram to find creators with a specific aesthetic. While this approach helped with niche searches, it was time-consuming and lacked the security of a platform like Influee, where payments and content quality could be easily managed.
The agency decided to work with Influee primarily for its wide variety of creators, especially in the USA, which helped them overcome the limitations of their previous platforms.
They also selected Influee, because of the low cost of getting started. They were able to get multiple hook variations cheaper because creators price-in and bundle their pricing, whereas on other platforms, like Twirl, they have to pay for each hook variation.
They also found Influee’s user experience (UX) intuitive and efficient, allowing them to maintain control over campaigns while streamlining the creator selection process. Additionally, Influee provided a smoother workflow by handling payments and content approvals, reducing administrative overhead.
The agency’s main goals when using Influee were to expand their creator network, particularly in the U.S. They started working with an American-based business and they didn’t have any creators in the US-market.
Influee provided BARK with access to a broader and more diverse pool of creators across the U.S., ensuring a steady stream of high-quality talent that make engaging and sales-driven content. The agency values the ability to review creator applications, communicate directly with creators, and assess portfolios before committing to a collaboration. They also appreciate the flexibility to decline creators who may not be the right fit while quickly recruiting new talent. This streamlined process enables them to consistently connect their clients with top-tier creators.
The agency first approached Influee to onboard a single client, ZQuiet, in June 2024. Since then, they’ve run 24 campaigns for this client and worked with 19 creators, some of whom they’ve collaborated with multiple times due to the success of the content. In fact, ZQuiet’s product sold out, prompting the agency to re-collaborate with creators who already had the product at home.
Following the success with ZQuiet, the agency expanded its collaboration with Influee, onboarding additional clients. To date (March 2025), they’ve brought on 10 clients, launched 55 campaigns, and received 325 videos. Influee has also shortlisted 665 creators who matched the Agency’s criteria, streamlining the process of finding top talent.
